The recipes that they say are NOT easy and require many ingredients. There are no start up instructions.

I like these pans because it’s non stick and you can sauté any foods on the stove or put it in the oven and the food won’t stick to the pans

I would have liked more information on how to use initially. Oil or no oil? Cleans easily. Happy with it.

Love this new cookware had never heard about it before, just took a chance and glad I did. Now I need to look for more of their products. Try it you’ll love it 🥰.
